Lil Christmas Christina Preview Day 1

Welcome to day 1 of previews for Tickled Pink Stamps "Lil Christmas"  collection.  The first one is gorgeous Christina!!!  I just LUV her dress and think it would just feel so darn good to wear it.  I can't really tell you the last time I looked that good wrapping a present.  LOL!  Oh ya wait!!  ... ya, never.

I made my card using the new Bo Bunny paper "Father Christmas" collection, which I am sooo thrilled with and also just bought a Marianne Designs rolled flower die.  I can't stop making flowers with it so excuse me if you see them on my cards for awhile.  LOL!  The only crummy thing is they are very big to mail.  Darnit!

Rubber stamps are available September 12th and digi week runs from the 15th - 21st but 14th-20th if you're in North America.  If you'd like to see more of Christina please go to Tickled Pink Stamps.  Stay tuned for more previews!!

MDUC #112

FRAME IT!

It's time for another challenge from Magnolia Down Under and this week we are asking you to frame it.  I just happen to have some acetate brackets from Bo Bunny, that I never ever used.  SEE?!  Hoarding isn't THAT bad.  LOL!

I'm not sure how clear you can see it but I did paint the edges with white and then added some glitter and propped up Tilda into this cute frame.

I bought some new flowers from Gurlee Girl and thought they would make the perfect addition.  I just love them! I also used this month's sketch from CLP as Chelsea's outdone herself again with a gorgeous sketch!

Hoping you can all join us at MDUC's challenge this week and don't forget to check out the amazing projects again.  I am surrounded by amazing talent over there!  WOW!

I'd like to enter this card into Copic Creations who has a challenge going on with Pretty in Pink.  You just have to show off your pink Copic skills.
Enjoy your weekend!

Sweet & Simple

It's been a long time since I've made a card without coloring something so if you can believe it, this was a challenge!  LOL!  My SIL is 36 yrs old and never really been by herself and running her own life.  She's had a hard time getting her start but has now found a path she wants to take and is going away to school to become a counselor.  So I've made this cute little card for her and wish her the best!

My favorite part is that flower.  I made it using my Silhouette and plan on making a few more of them.

I'm going to enter the card in Fab 'n Funky Challenges - Go Mad With Embossing.  It's been a long long time since I've embossed and I don't know why because it has such a pretty effect.

Flutterby's - Use a butterfly

The challenge at MDUC is so easy this week!  How simple is it to add a butterfly to anything?  I haven't made an easel card for awhile so figured it was time.  I think they're so pretty!  I used a butterfly and butterfly border from my Silhouette to help me out with this card.   I got a little too much daylight shining on my flowers on the right side of the card but now that it's gone I can't fix that but I think you get the idea!

Sorry no more details today.  Kind of a quick post but if you have any questions about this card just let me know.

If you're needing inspiration check out all the ladies creations at Magnolia Down Under Challenge blog.  Now THERE'S inspiration!!  Hugs!

I'm going to enter this card in:

Crop Stop Challenge #33 - Pearls, pearls and more pearls
Creative Inspirations - Use Your Favorite Stamp and although I can't seem to single out a one I will say that Magnolia's are my favorites.
