Flowers For You

So this was the second card I had in December's issue of Papercraft Essentials.  STOKED!  So excited!!  😁  These papers are from Studio Light "Beautiful Flowers" and I colored this LDRS All Dressed Up "Flowers for You" image using my copics.

I made a couple of my own flowers using the "Flowers of Joy" die and "Beautiful Flowers" papers again, then popped a pearl in the center to finish them off.  I also misted the die cut flowers and crinkled them up a bit before layering them together.

On the left side I cut some white card stock using the "Flower Edge Die" by Joy Crafts then glued a Scrapiniec chipboard border piece "Doily Lace Border" giving me a double border because I happen to love texture and layers.  No, really!!  LOL!!

Just a close up of this cute little image.  After I made these cards I kinda fell in love with the little cuties!

Here I added another Scrapiniec piece "Doily Lace Round Frame" and added some Wild Orchid flowers, a big pink English rose, a white shabby chic bow and popped a wooden button on top.  Also added a couple of pink strawberries, which I know I've said before but I'll say it again - my FAV!!

I added the cute vintage arrow and tied a piece of pink wax cord to finish it off.  I also have to mention the lace - (singing in a high pitched voice) ... gooorgeous!!!  😁

Thank you for coming back to check things out!!

Garden Gnome

Thought I would play with some card art this week so I've used a Dutch Doobadoo template, 306-Card Art A4 Swing Card 4, paired with Pion's "Where The Roses Grow" papers.  They are so pretty!!  The image is Whimsy's "Garden Gnome" and I colored her with my poorly neglected Copics.  😁  She is so versatile, you could color her for anything!

Isn't this little Scrapiniec bench cute?  Just seem to be perfect for that little spot on the card.

Here's a better view of that stunning Joy oval flower frame.  I have it coming on a few more projects too.  Pretty isn't it?  I'm always a sucker for a nice Joy die.  😀  I'm not too sure if you can see it very well, but I added some tiny pearls around the image using a pearl pen from Dutch Doobadoo.  It might look like maybe next time I should make bigger pearls.  LOL!

Ooooo I have quite a bit going on here!  I started with another rectangle frame Joy die, added a layer of Pion dp, then that gorgeous Scrapniec frame with clock and the "HAPPY" sentiment from the Pion borders paper.  At the end, I added some Wild Orchid roses to finish it off.

I am quite enjoying making these Foamiran flowers!  I used the Rosy Owl Flower Dies 2, then popped in a pearl center and added some Glossy Accents to the middle and sprinkled some glass glitter.

Ok well there you have it for me this week!  Hee hee  😁
I am having a friend over on Friday to craft all day so am looking forward to that.  I hope you have some crafty plans too!  Thanks for stopping by!

LDRS All Dressed Up "Gal Pals"

Today I am showing you the card that is on the front of the December 2016 issues of Papercraft Essentials.  I just wish I could have done a better photo layout like they did but I'm still practicing!  LOL!  I used one of my favorite Dutch Doobadoo shape art templates "A4 Flower with 4 Petals" and paired it up with the Craft & You "Lavender Garden" papers.  They are stunning!

Ok so THAT was sooooo exciting!!  WOW!  😁😁😁   I used the super cute image from LDRS All Dressed Up "Gal Pals" rubber image and colored with Copics.

I popped up this gorgeous bronze butterfly on top of some Marianne tassels and WOC flowers.

Here's another one of my little bouquets and in this one I used a Noor Tag. #2 and doubled them up.

I added these bark hearts and a pretty little WOC daisy for one more touch but you could use any flower there!

Thanks for stopping by today!!  I hope you have great and creative weekend.  I am heading into one soon myself.  hee hee
