Woo hoo Let's Party!! This time I used pink Copic glitter pen. hee hee. I used brown Stickles for the streamers and pulled my exacto knife through them to make the long and skinny. I picked up any leftover with a toothpick. Works great!! Nice to dress up my bella's in clothes I would love to wear!!

Look at all the glitz! How pretty she is. Sparkles upon sparkles. And the streamers are over the top!
