Riley

My mom is such a card! (aaa ha ha ha!) She probably has the quickest wit out of anyone I know and believes that there is humour in everything in life. Even when it's not exactly appropriate but even pulls that off with class and respect. Boy has she proven that time and again! She made me a get well card (it's okay all, I'm fine) and obviously giggled her ass off when she was making it! Anyway, here is her latest - who ever said Riley was a guy?!! A scrunchie in the ponytail, earrings, extra eyelashes, blush on her cheeks, lipstick, BOOBS!! and a bellybutton! If you look really close, she even put my name on the mug! Isn't her detail amazing?!! I know if there was somewhere that she could have put nail polish on her hoofs she would have! The inside said "This is you with extra makeup on pretending you're feeling better then you are!!!" LMAO!! I was so impressed! Ahhh I love my mom! :)

Witchybella

It's been tooooooo long since I made a bella card. I forgot how much fun they are! Coloring is with Copics, I used my scallop nestabilities (but no nesting this time), my Inkssentials pen and my Glaze pen.

Whipper Snapper Hats Off to the Holidays

Another cutie patootie Whipper Snapper stamp. OMG!! CUTE! I am having so much fun coloring!! Used lots of Poly-Glaze all over and overtop of the Quickutz metro font J-O-Y circle. Also used yellow Stickles on the stars and some new beaded type gems.

Whipper Snaper Caroling Snowmen

So last night I sat on the couch and did up 3 layouts while I was watching tv. This is the first one. I had previously colored it so it went together pretty fast. I loved that!! I embossed the blue layer using the snowflakes folder but you can't see it very well on here. I added lots of Poly-Glaze everywhere! OH and I used my Copics to color it! Am still in luv with them! I added lots of Stickles for the snowflakes and over top of the Liquid Applique snow at the bottom. I even managed to sneak in using my Inkssentials white pen. My new favorite pen!

Hey Ghoulfriend - SU Stamps

My first halloween card of the year! I used this sketch but it's too small to read and now I can't give credit to the sketch maker. Sorry!! I go around to all the blogs I visit and download the sketch for later. Only problem is you can't take notes on where you got it from. Hopefully some of you will recognize it. I used my new square scallop nestabilities and cut felt for the black square. It's so cool. Once again IRL it looks way better. Hmmf. I put Stickles in the center of the flower and orange dot Stickles all the way around each white frame. I also used Stickles on the bottom of the witch's dress. Remember The Wizard of Oz? Ya, green witch. Still creeps me out. Too funny!

Javablu Award

So I thought I would beat Laurel and Simone to sending this award out first because I had seen it floating around out there about a day before they each sent it. DARNIT!!! They scooped me! Thanks to both of you for this award!!! :)

THE RULES FOR THE JAVABLU AWARD

1. The winner can put the logo on their blog.

2. Link the person you received your award from.

3. Nominate at least 5 other blogs.

4. Before listing the nominees give a brief reason why you chose them.

5. Put links of those blogs on yours.

6. Leave a message on the blogs you have nominated.

Even though they have this award already I would like to send it back to them.

Laurel your blog is such an inspiration to me. I go to it every time I'm stuck and always find something to help finish off my card or scrap pages.

Simone your blog is so much fun and I love seeing how your cards are advancing in your skill level. Although, like you have the knack for, I would love to be able to create a simple yet classy card like you can and just leave it like that.

Bere I just love all your cards and I love the other interesting posts you make as well.

Catherine the cards you create from your sketches are just amazing. This site is also a place I visit when I have a card making block. Thanks!

Deb your blog and cards are wonderful!!! I also like her straight forward down to earth attitude that comes across on her blog. You go girl!
