LDRS Lisbeth "Reserved for You"

WOO HOO CHA IS FINALLY HERE and we can SHARE!!  YAY!!  So my first project is from the Lisbeth line and a new image called "Reserved For You".  I made an easel card with a drawer to fill with tea but you could fill it with anything.  I also used the Summer Sorbet papers from LDRS.  I just love the fun bright colors of that collection.

Here is a picture of the card/drawer as it's closed.  I added a Doohickey cloud and then the heart tag using the Summer Sorbet papers too.

Here she is sitting in her full upright position and staying in place with some big FAT pearls.  Don't you just love that big cushion waiting for a friend to sit on so you can drink some tea together?

Annnnnd finally open to show the drawer filled with goodies!

There you have it!!  One of the cutie Lisbeth images!  I hope you enjoyed my project and the other great DT's pieces.  I had so much fun making this one that I'm thinking of doing it again soon!

Have a great weekend!!

Magnolia-licious & Wee Wednesday

Hello!  I'm back with another card for Magnolia-licious & Wee Stamps and today I'm bringing you a Christmas Wee image called Christmas Bunny.  Couldn't you just give him one of those squishy hugs where he almost inaudibly gasps "Can you please let go?!"  LMBO!
I've used Magnolia's Spruce Twig Doohickey and painted a little white Gesso on the tips.  I've got some amazing rolled flowers and Kort & Godt flowers from LLC.  So pretty!  I also have some Wild Orchid flowers and a few Tim Holtz pine cones.

Don't you love the resin frame?  It's from Live & Love Crafts along with the lace and red berries.  I added some Crackle Accents to the resin frame to give it a cracked vintage feeling.

Thanks so much for visiting today and I hope you get a chance to check out the other inspiration on Wee Wednesday at Magnolia-licious & Wee Stamps.

Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps Challenge

ANYTHING GOES!!

I LOVE these challenges!  Gives you a chance to use anything from your stash that you've been itching to use!!  I've been waiting to get a chance to color up this little cutie "Forget Me Not" Tilda available at the Magnolia-licious store.  I also used the Postcard and little stamp-like images from Magnolia.  I punched the Postcard layer using the Tim Holtz border die.

The paper is from the Special Moments Magnolia line.  Love the color!

I've used white Frantage on almost everything.  LOL!!  The pretty little white flowers are Kort and Godt from LLC and the rest are from Wild Orchid (of course - hee hee).

Here is a closer image of the Shabby White Frantage on the metal Prima flower.  I found it a little difficult to get the Frantage to stay on stuff even when using the Versamark but I discovered that if you heat the metal embellishment first you can flip it into the Frantage quickly and it sticks!!

So what do you think?  Easy enough of a challenge this time isn't it?  Hopefully we'll see a lot of entries and as usual one lucky winner will receive a prize!!

Check out the incredible DT work at the Magnolia-licious and Wee Challenge stamps blog.

And a new line of images that Diana is carrying:

I know, how dare I show you anything to do with Christmas yet right?  Well I know I need to start making these cards sooner rather than later....cut down my card list but that's really unappreciated....LOL!!

Thanks for stopping by!

LLC - Bride and Groom

Hello ladies!!  I'm back with another vintage piece for Live and Love Crafts!  Over this past few weeks the DT at LLC have been showcasing new digital images from Crafts and Me.  This image is called "Bride and Groom" but you must see some of the other amazing images.  I could have played with ALL of them!!  Who knows I still might.  :)

I've always thought these papers were so pretty from Pion Designs and it's an older collection but new to me.  Love those deep burgundy colors.  I had chosen these papers but then some new ones showed up in the mail when I was starting.  I resisted temptation and used some of my gorgeous stash.  However, those are coming soon!  LOL!  Don't you just love this clay heart?

I misted my Kort and Godt flower using blackberry Glimmer Mist and added some LLC berry pins to finish off my Wild Orchid bouquet.

The Melissa Frances resin pieces are called "I Thee Wed".  I distressed the edges a bit with cocoa Momento ink for a nice vintage feel.

And last but not least, this gorgeous GORGEOUS lace!!  YUM-MEY!  I also used a Magnolia Doohickey for a cardstock layer of lace between the two pieces of cloth lace for some texture.

Well that's all I have to show for today!  If you get a chance to stop over, check out the amazing DT projects at Live and Love Crafts Inspiration blog.  I quit going there because I am tired of cleaning off my keyboard.  LMBO!!  JK!  They actually inspire me as well.

OH and don't forget about the month long challenge going on over at LLC.  It's a sketch challenge and there's a great prize for the winner!

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed my project.  Have a great weekend!

Little Darlings Rubber Stamps - Lolli

Hello my friends!!  I'm back with another card from LDRS's Cutie Pie line called "Lolli".  Since's she such a cutie I figured she'd be perfect on a "cute" card.  I also used "Birthday Sentiments" from LDRS as well.

The papers are from Simple Stories called "Sweet Bliss" and same with the bingo cards.  I used a Spellbinder die, added a doily and some pins I've had for a very long time.  One of those things I was happy to FINALLY get to use from my stash.  LOL!

I made some of my own rolled flowers then added some Wild Orchid flowers, then a few more.....and more.....and more.  I finally had to tell myself to put the flowers down and BACK AWAY FROM THE TABLE!!  LOL!

Thanks for coming back to my blog to take a look today!  Have a great week!!

Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps Challenge

I'M BACK!!   One day after the last post.  LMBO!  Ok SO!!  I have a new card to show you for the next Magnolia-licious challenge and this time the theme is:

SOME LIKE IT HOT!!

I like using the most recent collection for each new challenge but sometimes I really have to think about how I'm gonna make it work with my new images.  Like really reach for it.  LOL!!  Besides, stock is always better on the newer stuff.  hee hee  I decided to go with Piping Tilda and Little Rose Cake and make my shaped card with lots of flowers  I also used a Magnolia image called "Postcard".

Here's the HOTNESS of my card.  LOL!!  Handmade candles!!  The wicks are made from a piece of wire that I covered with Ranger liquid pearls and just kept building on it until it dried in the shape of a flame.  Voila!!

I find that when I add flowers I have to hold myself back because I just keep going and going.  The nice thing about them is it only takes a few....but really?  Am I all about FEW?!  LMBO!

So if you can, take a moment to check out all the amazing inspiration at Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps challenge blog.

Mini Monday with Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps

Good morning!!  Welcome to another inspirational post for Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps Mini Monday!  Every Monday we share our different ways on how to use the mini Magnolia's.

This week I'm using "Runaway Bride Tilda" and "Where is my Bride" from the new Special Moments collection.  I giggled when I stamped her running away from him.  I get such a kick out of her!

I covered some Maya Road flag chipboard pieces with some Magnolia wedding papers I found in my stash and added some aged gold Frantage to the edges.

I thought I'd show you a close up of the new View Master doohickey.  Isn't it cute?!!  I kinda like how small it is.  I put gold foil paper behind it but it's tricky to take a picture of that stuff without it looking black or reflecting.  I also used an older background stamp from Magnolia called "Love".

I also added lots of Frantage to both of these hearts, edges of paper and the row of pearls, which is tricky to make sure you do it quick enough not to have them melt!

Don't forget our challenge going on this week at Magnolia-licious of "Love is in the Air" and a new one coming out on Tuesday!

HAVE A GREAT WEEK
and thanks for visiting!
