November Noor Challenge

I'm back with another card for our monthly challenge at Noor! Design UK:
WINTER THEME

OH MY GOSH!   I had so much fun with this one and it came together so easily.  I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's easiest making a card for my twin, which is TOMORROW but trust me she'll have seen this card already.  LOL!!

HAPPAY HAPPAY BIRTHDAY LITTLE SISTER!!!

I decided to use this snowman from Whimsy called "Candle Light" by Sylvia Zet.  I just luuuuurve her images!!!

I added this gorgeous Ice Doily snowflake and inked the edges.  So delicate and stunning but talk about pretty?  A SILVER RHINESTONE SNOWFLAKE?  REALLY?  ER MA GERD!!!  ha ha ha!!

Another bouquet filled with WOC flowers, a wax cord bow, some new bark stars, purple pomegranate apples and a glass strawberry.  I've got a nice small stash of the gorgeous Antoinette buttons - all sparkly n stuff.

There are some new star shaped bottles and mini bottles in the store, which are super cute and really don't take that much to fill.

I do have to mention this gorgeous lace as well called "Juliette".  Wow!

Also, I used some pieces from the Crafteezee "Yuletide" collection and those were:
6 x 6 Pion "Greetings From the North Pole
Rhinestone Snowflake
Bark Stars - Mine and regular size
Star Bottle filled with Shaved Ice
Juliette Lace

A Joyful Halloween

Ok so how about those new gorgeous Pion Halloween papers?!!  I was so excited to see them when they came out that I had to have all of them!!  They are called "The Witching Hour", so cute!!  I know some of you don't celebrate Halloween but rest assured there are other papers that would be perfect for you as well.  I think some of them could be used for those masculine cards we are all challenged with.  LOL!!

I liked using the Joy stars border die because I think stars go with Halloween, given that it kind of all happens at night.  You can see a bit of a piece of paper under the "A Joyful Halloween" postcard that shows some stars on the Pion papers.  Barely, but it's there and that would be a handy sheet for masculine cards.

I was going to color up an image but the papers come with some cute vintage images I opted for instead.  There's lots of cutouts you can use from Pion tags, images and borders sheets.  I used three butterflies from the borders sheet and here you can see I placed one of them on a Joy "Vintage Flourish Clip" die.  It's a set of three and one of them is a balloon clip you could actually add a sentiment to.  Super cute!  (See supplies list below)

Oh my GOSH this bronze owl is gorgeous so I think I'll be adding a few more to my stash! hee hee  It's just the perfect little piece to fill in that spot where you think something looks like it's missing.  I tied a cute little wax cord bow and topped it off with a Wild Orchid Crafts flower.  I have to tell you this cord is sooooo easy to tie and it doesn't get a kink in it when you decide to start a bow over.

I used a new Joy die brought out this fall called "Autumn Leaves".  See all my foilage at the bottom of this pic?  What I liked is that you cut once and get a ton of leaves so I cut three times (different papers) to get an overabundant amount of them.  I think I even had leftovers!

There's a cute sentiment on the Pion images sheet I've used and then popped up a bow with a "Vintage Findings Perfect Arrow".

If you celebrate Halloween
- HAPPY HALLOWEEN -
and to the rest of you have a great week!  Thanks for stopping by!

Hand Picked For Hedgy

I've been doing so many winter cards lately I just really needed to do something summery but I'll be right back to the winter pieces soon!  I really managed to jam pack this card with many wonderful goodies!!  hee hee  I mean how precious is that little bronze owl?!! KA-UTE!!

I had sooooo much fun coloring this image from LDRS Candibean.  Sooooo stinkin' cute!!  Now I had to laugh at myself after I was finished.  I unintentionally colored it the SAME WAY as the packaging on the stamp!!!  Well!!  I'd be the one advertising works on by using the power of suggestion!  LOL!!  Too funny!

I still love all the leave dies Noor has so I used a couple of different ones on this card.  The silver bark hearts are relatively new to the store - YAY!!  I LOVE THEM!  And I'm also a huge fan of the glass strawberries.  It might even be because of the cool name cuz that's cute too.  LOL!

One of my latest favorite embellishments is the Marianne tassels die.  I can't stop using it!!  Another set of leaves and you can see the border of leaves using a Studio Light die.  I also topped off a lot of pieces with Gesso to add a little shabby to my card.

Thanks for coming by again and enjoy the rest of your day!
Hugs,
Eulanda
