From October 1st to Oct 31st there will be 12 challenges.

Each day there will be a different prize and you will have one day to enter each challenge.  Now here is the twist... it will be Reality TV style!  In the first challenge we will eliminate all but 12 participants to enter into the next round.  The second challenge all but 10 will be eliminated... and so on and so on, until only one person remains.  That one person will get one amazing prize!!

Each day the prize will grow, Betty will be adding lots and lots of goodies, from rubber stamps, to papers, to embellishments!  This will be one mother load of a prize!!!  Betcha can't wait to see what goodies you will get, eh?  Me too, I'm curious!

Check back to SBS Challenge blog tomorrow to get started!!

All About Betty Blog Hop

The gals from The Burtonesque Dolls, Simply Betty Stamps and Simply Betty Challenges figured it was a good time to put together a blog hop for our very own

October is Betty's favorite month and since there is so much happening in October why not do it just before?!!  This way we can get things warmed up for the whole October and Halloween theme.  Kinda like an appie!!

Since Halloween is her favorite time of year you will be seeing mostly, if not all,  Halloween cards and as well, we have all used an image of only the Betty Emo's.

Betty you are such a generous, kind, giving, thoughtful, warm, talented friend and I so appreciate the way you are!!  I just wanted to say thanks for everything you`ve allowed me to be a part of over the past while and let you know it`s very much appreciated.  I have had such a wonderful time and am looking forward to continuing a wonderful friendship.

Congratulations on your new blog and I wish you all the continued success you so rightly deserve!!!  Your images are absolutely FANTASTIK and so much fun to work with!!  Thanks for bringing me closer to the dark side.  LOL!!  It`s not so dark after all!!

So I decided to use the very first Emo Betty along with some fab Bo Bunny papers.  I kinda made it a cutesy card this time but I absolutely luv this image.

Without further ado, let's check out some more inspiring cards from all the ladies.  Please note because this is an appreciation blog hop there are no prizes.  It's just for fun but the ladies would love some luvin' from you anyway!!

So LET'S GET HOPPING!!  Your first stop is Cheri!!!

OH AND!!!!  I would like to thank Tanya for the inspiration for this card, from her card.  Thanks Tanya!!!

Stamps: SBS Betty Emo
Paper: Bo Bunny
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and lace
Punches: Martha Stewart gate border punch, Spellbinder Graveyard Scenes skull punch, EK Success bat border punch and Dollar Store webbing.

Simply Betty Challenge #3

Simply Betty Challenge #3
Non-traditional Colors!!

This week we have such a neat challenge for you and I know a DT member or two had a bit of trubs with this one. I suppose that's why it's called a challenge cuz believe me, even WE have troubles sometimes!!

The idea is NOT to use the traditional colors of orange, purple, black or green for your project but to come up with a new color combo for Halloween. As you can see I chose brown and pink!!  It's one of my favorite combo's but I really used it cuz I luv the paper I used for it. [See deets below]  This is Drew from the Punky Teens digi line at Simply Betty Stamps.  Isn't she wonderfully wicked?!!!

*******Halloween Emos in RUBBER are now in and ready to ship so if you've been eyeballing a MUST HAVE make your way over to Simply Betty  Stamps to check it out!!

So what do yo think?!  I would LOVE to see your non-traditional colors as I have made sooooo many lately with the traditional colors.

Check out all the beauty inspiration over at Simply Betty Stamps challenge blog.  I LUV THEM!!  Also check out all the details for this challenge over there as well!!

I've also used a very cool sentiment that my IRL friend Cheri made up.  Thanks Cheri!!

Happy 1st birthday Meakin!!

I thought I would share with you all what a 1st birthday card might look like.  I could have gone really babyish but I'm thinkin monkeys are still a good image to use.  I can see my little nephew being a little monkey himself.  LOL!!  I put white flower soft on the pom pom and fun flock on his party hat.  I've also put glitter on the flame and I was lovin the cork on the sides.

Hope you have a great day little one!!

Stamps: Dustin Pike "bdaymonkey"
Embellishments: SU chipboard HB and Stickles glitter
Punches: MS border punch

Creative Accents ABC Fall Blog Hop

If you have come by way of the oh so talented Sarah, you`re on the right track!!

WOO HOO!!  Time for another Creative Accents blog hop and CHALLENGE!  I thought this one was relatively easy cuz I took:

A for ALPHABET to be my sentiment,
B for BLING, well that was pretty obvious on my card and
C for CHIPBOARD was my Maya Road chipboard snowflakes.  Luv these!!

I 3d the sentiment, hug icicles off of it and even hung my chipboard snowflakes off it.  The picture is somewhat dark but that`s because it was the best way to show my 3d.  I hope anyway.  LOL!!

So, for joining the blog hop a random winner will be draw from those who

1- comment on posts along the hop and
2- are a follower of Creative Accents' blog

You do not have to comment on every post along the way, but this will increase your chances of winning a surprise ABC gift worth at least $15!

SO what do you think?  Ready to take us on?  Please check out the specific details of this challenge at Creative Accents to enter.

Now let`s carry on with the rest of the hop so I`m sending you off to Teila`s Tid Bits!!

If you are lost here`s the path:

Stamps: Whipper Snapper, which Creative Accents will be carrying soon!  These two little cuties are Mike and Ike.
Paper: Bo Bunny
Embellishments: Brads on both ends of the sentiment are Michael`s jobbies.  Oh and the misc silver stringy stuff at the bottom is from my stash, flowers are Prima and big flower from Wild Orchid, Maya Road chipboard covered with silver Stickles, Zva rhinestones and Twinklettes.

Today's blog hop brings us NEW stamps brought to you by Betty and her creative artists at Simply Betty Stamps and not 1 but 2 new SBS lines.

The first one I will show you today is Jude and his Shenanigan Crew.  Jude is Betty's little 2 year old toddler and she's based this cutie line around him.  I think that is just the sweetest!!

This image is called Mikey - which I picked because that's hubby's name.

 My second image is Lizzie.

This image is Tootsie from SBS's new line of Punky Teens.

All these fun new images you will see as you hop along are now available at Simply Betty Stamps.  Where all the Original Emo Kids Cushion Mounted Rubber is on sale.

Four lucky winners will receive three free digis of their choice from these two lines!  All you have to do is leave us some loving at Simply Betty Stamps!  Of course it is always appreciated when you leave everyone some lovin'!
