Be Mine

I'm not sure what stamp this is but my friend Sheri sent it to me so I thought I'd make a man Valentine's for my hubby. It's a cute stamp. Oh and in the meatime I thought I'd use Mojo Monday's sketch.
I added this close up pic so you can see the embossed swirls on the red paper behind the heart and the 3d'ed beaver image that doesn't show very well on the above pic. Darn. And I even have hearts embossed on the white paper behind the beaver but hard to see. Tricky one!

Wrapped In Love

I just bought this stamp from my LSS - yes they sell Stamping Bella - we are so LUCKY!! I used the Sketch Saturday again - LOVE THEM [singing] and even impressed my husband with my card. hee hee He's a good judge as he doesn't humour me every time I bring him a card and is actually pretty good at critiquing them. Oh and he hunts, fishes and owns a 4-wheeler so being my tough guy, he impresses me with his comments every once in awhile. LMAO!!

Barkerville 2008

Here's my long overdue LAST SUMMER scrap page of us with Sara & Ryan (my DH's kids) visiting Barkerville. For what should have been a warm, or in fact hot day in August, it was chilly!!! Only 7 degrees and normally it should be high 20's. Brrrrr! But we had fun anyway!

I really enjoyed doing the stitching and it was a lot quicker then I thought it was going to be.

Loveybella

Although I am probably late with this post I thought I would add it in anyway. I did the Sketch Saturday challenge but it's probably already the next Saturday their time. That's okay tho. I just wanted to try this sketch out. Had to dust off my Loveybella, which I need to do with a lot more of them too!

House Mouse

Here's a stamp I borrowed from my SIL and actually made the card for her bday. ha ha! I put liquid gloss on the cupcake then added Cupcake scent - so cute!

Gone Fishin'

I just love this saying and my FIL's bday is coming up so I thought I'd dust off my Gone Fishin' stamp set from See D's. I added some bubbles to the fish AFTER I took the picture and was too lazy to take another. LOL! I wanted to use the Tim Holtz snaps so I added another layer for the Happy Birthday Sentiment. I built the whole card around those snaps. LOL! I close the 2 layer sentiments using a teeny tiny paper clip by Tim Holtz as well.
