Wonderful Tilda

I'm back again with another card using Maja's "Celebration" collection.  I love that these papers always come with 3 or 4 different colors so you get a huge variety to play with.  Have you seen Marianne's new die "Creatable Lace Border"?!  It's the one running vertical, cut from white cardstock.  It's quite wide so an amazing piece to use for layering!  I hope to show more of it next time I use it.  LOL!  

I love making these bouquets, you know it!!!  hee hee But they are more fun WITH THE BON BON'S!   You know how much I love these little things so you'll probably see them on many many more cards to come.  I've added some sisal behind all of it ....OH!!  And have you seen the new colors of sisal in the store?  FUN FUN FUN!!  I have mine coming what about you?  I also added some metal leaves, which are amazing because they are so bendable and you can shape them any way you want without breaking them.  

Isn't she sweet?!!  Magnolia's "Wonderful Tilda" and wonderful she is!

So this lace heart actually comes as a length of hearts but I chose to cut one off and use it on it's own.  The glass heart is filled with glitter ... or as my card story goes, it's fairy dust for later.  LOL!

Maja Design "Celebration"

I'm so excited to be playing with the new papers from Maja Design called "Celebration".  I don't normally use BLACK, cuz it's not so soft and kinda in your face but it seemed rather appropriate in a classic sort of way for this anniversary card.  

Doesn't any celebration card need some straws?!  I think so too!!  LOL!  In my stash I found this puffy feather so I layered some sisal underneath a die cut of Joy's "Clock with swirls", which by the way, is a rather amazing piece!!  I have to hide any cards with feathers as I've learned that if I leave them lying out, someone in the house eats them.  I learned that a long time ago when I came home one day to find my card eaten up by my super sweet cutie cat.  My reaction?  GASP!!!  🙀  I couldn't even get mad at him as it was hours later and how would he know why he was getting into trouble by then.  Lesson learned!  LOL!

I added a clip holding another small pic from the ephemera page, then added a JoyCraft heart and a Fantasy die called "Berry Twig 2".

Celebration Party

I couldn't resist playing with some more winter/Christmas stuff.  I KNOW I KNOW but it's my favorite time of year.  😀  And shouldn't we be getting ahead?  LOL!!  I've used Maja's "Joyous Winterdays" collection to make a little scene and Joy's "Elk" die for a little bit of wildlife.  I figured if I threw in some white pom pom lace on, it might look like snowballs.

These are some smaller images from the "Joyous Winterdays" ephemera sheet.  I also die cut a little forest using the design papers with Joy's "Happy Holiday Pine Tree" dies.  Ooooo and I've added an organza bow and popped a rose on top.  There is quite a selection of new laces in the shop so if you haven't seen them, you really must check them out.  (swoon 💓)

This is Tilda from the Magnolia collection "Christmas Party", which I've colored with Copics.  You can see my candy canes in this pic and those plus the sentiment are also from the same collection so if you missed out on them, there is still stock in the store.

Ok next week no Christmas.  LOL!

YAY!!  IT'S CHALLENGE TIME

at Noor! Design UK!

SPRING!

OMG I need me some spring so bad so I was very happy to see this challenge come up.  😀  I'm back with some Mintay papers that I haven't shared yet called "Celebrations".  Some sheets have cute cupcakes and presents on them but I am LOVING playing with the teals and peaches.  I've added a gorgeous row of two ribbons this time, "Chiffon Rose w/Pearl" and "Lace Giselle".

Isn't this banner cute?  It's a die by Fantasy called "Bunting w/Hearts" and guess what?  IT'S ON SALE!   I love this piece and use it quite often.  A great die to have in your stash.  I've added a few butterflies from JoyCraft, which I layered up for more dimension and popped a flower in the center to kind of finish it off.  

I can't seem to get enough of the Polkadoodles!  Again here is Winnie w/Cupcake, which I've colored using my Copics.  I would love a cupcake that size!!  LOL!

And here is my usual bouquet filled with numminess (it's a word today - 😀) from the store,  filled with Wild Orchid flowers and a gorgeous antique bronze flower, as well as some new fruit stamens.

Tilda w/Flower in her Pocket

I did want to have this ready for last week with Valentine's and all but I just couldn't get my flowers finished on time!!  Life!  It gets in the way of my crafting time!!  So annoying.  ha ha ha ha!  

I've used some gorgeous Maja Design papers that are still in the shop from the Summertime collection.  Sigh...I just love them!!!  I layered some lace but then when I was finished was thinking "OH MY! Where did my lace go?!!" LMBO!  Well, it is there and I've used Lace Daisy, Lace Winnie and get this LACE TILDA!!  hee hee!!  😊  Pretty appropriate since I have used Magnolia's Tilda w/Flower in her Pocket.  Don't forget to check out the selection of Magnolia's in stock and the newest collection "You are Invited".

These Foamiran flowers were made using Rosy Owls flower dies and leaves.  I figured out a new way of shaping them quite by accident.  ha ha ha!  Love that!  I also used a great variety of stamens, which maybe doesn't quite replicate anything real but it's FUN and pretty!!  

Here I've used one of the moulds in the shop just to press out a pattern to give it some foliage lines.  So cute!  I added a wax prima bow and a cute little gold tassel.

HOW ADORABLE IS THIS?!!!  So shiny and pretty!!!

Lolie and Shellie

Today I'm back to share some more Mintay papers from the "Together" collection.  I'm really enjoying playing with colors I don't normally use so the challenge has been fun!!  I started by using those Joy "Ornamental" borders and layered up.  I even layered some of the new gorgeous laces available in the store.   They are pretty!  Even their names are pretty with Lace Aria, Lace Darcia and some Beaded Ivory Pearl Trim.  I also used my new favorite die (under my image) called "Clock with Swirls".  What a stunning piece!! 

Eeeeeee back with the flowers!!  Again tho, I am so excited to be using the BON BON's!!!  And of course the spirals but BOTH are available in a gorgeous array of colors so there's something for everyone!!  Or one of every color.  hee hee  😀😀

In the 6 x 6 paper pad there are a few extra sheets that have some designs you can cut out, like these air balloons.  There is also a sheet of tags....well, you might call them something else but I used one and added a little "HELLO" sentiment.

Oh and here's a Whimsy image called Lolie and Shellie who I've colored using Copics.  Oh she's just a darling!
