Happy Birthday Barb

Sooo I thought I would give Meljens challenge a shot but I'm not sure if I accomplished the requirements but in MY mind I did.  hee hee

I made a bday card for Aunt Barb and the challenge is to use 3 different shapes.  I've used a rectangle for the card, the sentiment is a shape all in itself and I was hoping my CUPCAKES made the 3rd shape.  Whaddya think?!  I 3'd my HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment, which I got from ma new Silhouette machine.  Have I told you how much I love that thing?!  OMG I can't believe I haven't bought one sooner!!  Apparently my enabling friends weren't as enabling as they normally are.  LOL!!!

I stickled my cupcakes but OMG I forgot to put something on the inside about her being an original.  That's what the outside pink cupcake was all about!!  Oi vey!!!  Oh well, she loved it.

Stamps:  Meljens "Triple Treat Cupcakes"
Papers: Basic Grey (don't remember the name)
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and Stickles.  WHAT?!  REALLY?!  OMG!
Punches:  Sentiment from Silhouette
Inks: Copics

So cute and fun- I really like that birthday banner thingie and the way you used it here! Is it bad that I'm jealous of how much you're using the Silhouette? I need more time to play! I love that you're loving it, though! Sorry for not enabling you sooner :)

Love this one Eulanda, and even if the cupcakes didn't count (which I think they do), you've also used hearts, flowers and leaves . . .can you tell that I'm challenge-obsessed and am used to stretching the requirements as much as it takes to fit whatever I've made? :P

I love it and the pink one for an original is genius! Great job. Ok, now I have to look at a Silhouette?

I'm so impressed with the colors you chose! Not everyone (me) could make those colors work like you did. What a SUPER card! Great coloring as usual. hee hee I love what you did with the muffin tops too...muffin tops. Snicker.

OMgoodness, you are totally rockin' your Silhoutte! (And I still haven't take my Cricut out of the box - eesh!) Drooling over those yummy orange sparkly letters, and your cupcakes look delish! Fab card, Eulanda! Looks good enough to eat (but then it would be gone, and its too much of a treasure for that, so let's change that to "good enough to frame"!).
