Lil Christmas Lad Scrooge Damon Preview Day 3

Well it's day 3 of the gorgeous line of Tickled Pink Christmas images available September 12th and aren't you glad these images are coming out early?  What a great idea!!

I had so much fun with this card and image.  Isn't he handsome?!!  I used a lot of Liquid Applique and was hoping for a chilly effect.  hee hee  I love my Silhouette lamp post and added crackle for a vintage effect.  I also used the new Christmas paper from Graphic 45 called Christmas Emporium collection.

You must go and check out the other samples at Tickled Pink Stamps.

Also, if you'd like to check out the new challenge at Tickled Pink Stamps challenge blog this week it's all about using chipboard.  I've used some Maya snowflake chipboard and covered them with a nice blue and distressed the edges with brown, popped a little button on top and voila!  Easy embellie!!

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Pile it On: B is for Brads, Buttons, Bows, etc.
Papertake Weekly: Anything Goes
Christmas Cards All Year Round: Old stash - anything more then a year old.  Well I bet no one thought of this but my Copics are more then 1yr old.  LOL!!  But so are my Maya chipboard snowflakes, buttons and fence punch.  The fence post is actually a Martha Stewart halloween punch but I cut off the wings of the bats.

Stamps: Lil Vintage Christmas Damon from TPS
Paper: Graphic 45 "Christmas Emporium" Collection
Embellishments:  Liquid Applique, Maya Road snowflake chipboard, misc ribbon, word tiles, corrugated cardboard and buttons.
Punches:  Silhouette lamp post
Copics: B99, 97, 95, 93
E11,00,000
100, W9, 7, 5, 3, 1

Okay, how did I not manage to comment on this card already?!? There must be something seriously wrong with me because it's *fabulous* :) I'm so loving the fence and lamppost and the snow accents...and where do you get the word tiles cause I've got a bad case of 'gotta have 'em's but don't know where to find them. And don't think for a minute I missed the sheet music tucked in there :) This card makes me wish Christmas was closer! Hugs, Katie
