The Sugar Bowl Challenge 25
I just LOVE this image and knew I had to use her for The Sugar Bowl Challenge. They provided a sketch and you had to use your favorite color. I don't know that I have one but PINK would be quite a way up there anyway. Thanks to my sister Simone for her snowflake inspiration.
Magnolia Challenges
For this card I incorporated 2 Magnolia challenges. My first one is for Just Magnolia and it's this sketch:
My 2nd challenge is from Magnolia Down Under Challenges and their challenge is *Stamp With Another Use*. I chose to use Giggling Tilda and create her into a christmas card. Check out some of the DT cards to find out more.

Sketch Saturday #82
I was working on a card this morning and getting my elements all ready to put together but then was stumped. After peeking around at sketches I remembered that it's SATURDAY!! And that means a new sketch at Sketch Saturday!! YAY!! What a good one so here's the sketch and here's my card!
The stamp is from Stampotique which reminds me of Timothy Burton's Christmas. I colored my chipboard snowflake with Mahogany distress ink from Tim Holtz then covered it with Twinklets. The borders are both Martha Stewart and the gem in the middle of the snowflake is from Michael's - Creative Imaginations. Creepy card huh? LOL!

Motivet Challenge
This week over at Motivet blog, they challenge that our card be monochromatic, excluding the main image. I find that most times I work better with a sketch so I also incorporated their previous challenge, which was this sketch. So cute!
I never knew walnuts (which are on her pj's) were green first. Well maybe I knew but I had to find it on the internet to make sure today. The walnuts and candy canes are colored with Spica pens and then glossed. I put Twinklets on the snowflakes and the fur on her hat. What a great challenge! It's not easy to do only one main color so that was a great challenge thanks!!
Stamp Something & Sketch Saturday Challenges
This week I am entering my card into the challenge over at Stamp Something who wants to see a Winter Wonderland theme. I don't much care for winter but I love making winter cards!!
I just LOVE this image and she colors up so nicely. I used my Copics, ok is there anything else?? I just love the richness and vibrancy they can give. I used Flower soft for her hand warmer (not sure what that is called) and Bo Bunny flowers, nesties, Quickutz holly die, EK Success leaf punch, nesties and some misc ribbon.
Have a creative day ladies!!

Fluffles
This Fluffles stamp is so fun and I LOVE the saying!!! I colored with Copics and all the extra white pieces, ie. snowflakes and leaves are white sparkle paper. I added white Flower soft to the stocking and colored the gold balls with Spica gold and then added Glossy Accents. I started out using Mojo Monday sketch but kinda got sidetracked. hee hee
